The Ants Have Invaded

Picnik, the easiest online photo editing tool I've ever used, is closing on April 19, 2012. I've been an avid Picnik user since 2007, and my photos have never been the same again. It's sad news that the service will come to a close.

Picnik joined Google in 2010 and has been working its magic on Google products while continuing to keep its own line of services awesome.

The good news? Picnik made its Premium feature FREE for ALL! This is the company’s way to express gratitude for everyone's support over the last five years. Now users can access Touch up, Textures, Advanced and more for FREE... until, of course, April 19.

I took advantage of the free Picnik Premium, and it’s sad that I won’t be able to use it after April. I hope I could find another easy-to-use tool close to, if not better than, Picnik.
